Hippocrate
While Hippocrates reminds us that we can make ourselves ill, he also tells us that there is always hope in healing, and that our attitude to illness and to life is paramount.
The aim of this page is to share information on empirical medicine, ancestral wisdom, studies on health and well-being, as well as news from my practices in Geneva and Lausanne.

Why learning to better feel, discover and experience
our emotions is a social and public health issue
The latest studies show the influence of emotional tissue on a wide range of pathologies, including cardiovascular disease and cancer. A neuroscientists study at the University of Geneva (UNIGE) report that learning to cope better with emotions can prevent pathological aging.
A body-mind therapy for learning to unravel old emotions or traumas of varying degrees, as we all have, since repressing our fears or pain is part of human nature. Illness and a great deal of pain are usually the result of unresolved emotions. My body-mind therapy offers powerful, unique tools, with concrete, immediately verifiable results.

The health benefits of Forgiveness
Long associated with religion and/or guilt, forgiveness is an extraordinary practice that can also take place outside any religious protocol.
Forgiveness enables us to free ourselves from ties that are often unconscious, negative and toxic, to regain energy and energize a physical and psychological healing process.
The vast majority of people questioned think they don't need the experience of forgiveness, despite the fact that all human beings have experienced events that have left traces in their organism or subconscious.
The Swiss HELSANA health insurance company mentions Forgiveness and its recognized benefits on its website: website:
Studies show that the action of forgiving has beneficial effects on the whole organism:
-
The risk of myocardial infarction is reduced
-
Cholesterol levels are lowered
-
Sleep improves
-
Stress, anxiety and depression are reduced
-
Tensions are relieved
Forgiving « mentally » , in thoughts, is a good start, since the intention is there, even if the work is not done in depth, at the unconscious level. That's why it's important to use other approaches.
Certain rituals, such as the Forgiveness Protocols based on the teachings of Don Miguel Ruiz (4 Toltec Agreements), can help you access this space of liberation and heart healing.
I've been experiencing the extraordinary benefits of Forgiveness through these rituals for a dozen years. That's why I encourage everyone - patients, friends, family and visitors to this site - to experiment with this approach.

The benefits of gratitude explained by neuroscience
translation available in subtitles
Studies supported by neuroscience are now revealing what prophets, Stoic philosophers from Marcus Aurelius to Spinoza, the most enlightened beings, spiritual currents and ancestral wisdoms have been telling us all along.
Gratitude is a « magic » ingredient for physical and mental health, for a more joyful, conscious and abundant life.
Acknowledging and thanking, several times a day, from the moment we wake up, for what is (a roof over our heads, food, health, life, etc., it's up to each of us to recognize this) has unsuspected effects and benefits on our health, our joie de vivre and our quality of life.
Feeling gratitude releases the happiness hormones dopamine, oxytocin and serotonin in the body.
Not to be confused with « positive thinking », which can also be beneficial, if we don't use it to deny our so-called « negative » emotions.

Geneva Natural Therapies Fair
It was with great pleasure that I welcomed many people to my stand at the Geneva Natural Therapies Fair, which took place from November 17 to 19, 2023, as part of the Automnales.
Free brief magnetism treatments (10-12 minutes) were offered to people suffering from physical pain, fatigue and other symptoms, with very encouraging and instructive results for all, enabling everyone to discover the power of this type of treatment.
I'd like to thank you all for the wonderful discussions, exchanges and trust you've shown me. I personally received a great deal from everyone who took part in the show.
I'll be attending the Morges Natural Therapies Show from April 5 to 7, 2024.
With my warmest thoughts.
Best regards,
Patrick
